集装袋老化力学性能试验研究及其灰色预测

考虑粮食集装袋不同的使用环境，通过老化试验对集装袋的老化行为进行研究，探讨了自然暴露和不同温度条件对集装袋性能的影响。结果表明，随着老化时间的增加，集装袋基布的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率下降。自然暴露对基材性能的影响最为显著，高温环境下次之，低温环境下最不显著。基布的抗老化性能与气候条件的变化密切相关，随着温度的升高、光照强度增强，基布老化加剧。同时，基于灰色预测理论，对集装袋横向基布自然老化力学性能进行预测，预测结果精度较高。     

部分相干高斯—谢尔模光束在负色散介质中的光谱特性

文章利用由部分相干光理论及张量方法推导出的部分相干高斯—谢尔模(GSM)光束在介质中的传输公式,计算分析了部分相干GSM光束在负色散介质中的演化特性.研究结果表明,部分相干GSM光束在负色散介质中传输时会出现光谱分裂和频移现象.     

基于物料属性的马钢备件采购策略研究

文中立足备件的多种属性,分析马钢备件采购现状,研究备件采购的策略定位;通过对不同属性的备件采购定位分析,建立备件采购策略的选择机制,进而优化备件采购模式。     

基于材料性能劣化的RC框架结构抗震性能评估及易损性分析

为了提高钢筋混凝土(reinforced concrete, RC)框架结构的使用寿命,明晰长期服役后的材料劣化对结构抗震性能和易损性的影响程度,建立了考虑材料性能劣化的RC框架结构的有限元分析模型。选取材料性能未劣化(100%)以及分别劣化至90%,80%和70%时的4种工况(依次表示为flsc-100,flsc-90,flsc-80和flsc-70)进行抗震性能评估,同时绘制地震易损性曲线,并分析其在不同地震强度作用下的易损性。结果表明：1)随着材料劣化程度的加剧,RC框架结构在不同地震波下的抗震性能明显降低。罕遇地震作用下,flsc-70的层间位移角比flsc-100增大了80%;2)随着结构刚度及承载力的降低,RC框架结构在不同破坏状态下的超越概率均有显著提升。罕遇地震作用下,flsc-90,flsc-80和flsc-70发生严重破坏的超越概率比flsc-100分别增大了75%,300%和975%。因此,在既有结构抗震性能评估中考虑材料性能劣化的影响十分必要。研究结果可以帮助预测材料性能劣化的RC框架结构在地震发生时的损伤程度,为结构的加固及修复提供参考依据。     

多元化会计计量属性对企业所得税的影响

新会计准则允许企业采用历史成本、重置成本、可变现净值、现值和公允价值等计量属性进行会计计量,使得企业会计利润与现行企业所得税法下的纳税所得之间的暂时性差异越来越大,企业所得税会计处理愈加复杂．因此,在我国新的企业所得税立法中,应充分考虑会计计量属性的新变化;同时,企业应选择适度分离的所得税会计核算模式,以减少纳税风险。     

18-run nonisomorphic three level orthogonal arrays

In this paper we construct all possible orthogonal arrays OA(18,q, 3,2) with 18 runs and 3 ≤ q ≤ 7 columns and present those that are nonisomorphic. A discussion on the novelty and the superiority of many of the designs found in terms of isomorphism and generalized minimum aberration has been made.      

An axiomatic characterization of a generalized index of concentration

The Hannah-Kay [1977] generalized concentration index contains the well-known Herfindahl [1950]-Hirschman [1945] and the entropy indices as particular cases. In this papaer we show that the Hannah-Kay class can be regarded as a particular member of a generalized family of indices, which we refer to as self-weighted quasilinear means. We then show that among all self-weighted quasilinear means the Hannah-Kay family is the only class of concentration indices which satisfies the replication principle, a requirement which states that an m-fold replication of the industry, firm by firm, will multiply the concentration index by the factor 1/m.The refereeing process of this paper was handled through N.R. 把我国现有知识产权制度与环境保护现状有机地结合起来,针对性地研究了两者的相关性,系统、全面地分析了我国现有知识产权制度对环境保护的影响,指出了现有知识产权制度与环境保护实施不协调的若干具体问题,并就此提出了建设性意见及对策.     

On Conditional Density Estimation

With the aim of mitigating the possible problem of negativity in the estimation of the conditional density function, we introduce a so-called re-weighted Nadaraya-Watson (RNW) estimator. The proposed RNW estimator is constructed by a slight modification of the well-known Nadaraya-Watson smoother. With a detailed asymptotic analysis, we demonstrate that the RNW smoother preserves the superior large-sample bias property of the local linear smoother of the conditional density recently proposed in the literature. As a matter of independent statistical interest, the limit distribution of the RNW estimator is also derived.
